STILL WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT TV
I notified Samsung of my faulty TV bought at Makro - the Makro service centre was not helpful which is why I went directly to Samsung. I delivered the TV to Liptronics (Samsung authorised repair centre) for evaluation and they advised the TV was faulty but did not have parts available to repair. Samsung agreed to replace my 9 month old faulty TV because no parts avail in RSA to repair and I was not happy to wait for parts - I have been waiting 2 weeks for someone in management at the head office to approve the exchange. Since when does it take 2 weeks to approve an replacement?<br> Samsung keep telling me they are waiting on approval but when I phone - no one is available to give me a timeline to expect the TV replacement. I have tried via their call centre, on line chat, Facebook - via the repair centre at Liptronics and have now given up hope!
