Still waiting for my phone they damaged

I have a cell c contract and have an A5 galaxy which i used for a few months. The lcd stopped working, i took it into a samsung store for repairs, they first repaired it and i was charged for it, i eventually paid cause i waited along time for my phone, when i got my phone it was on safe mod and couldnt come off, i sent it back immediately, only to get it back a few weeks later with a damaged volume button, i had to send it back again, this was around 4 weeks ago, i have had no communication unless i contacted them, i had to take time of work to get this sorted out and had to buy another phone as SAMSUNG phone manufacturer didnt have a loan phone. im still waiting for my phone which now requires a new mother board, this is a phone i used for a few months and had repairs for the LCD, damaged good with bad communication, pathetic service, a dont care about customers attitude. and im paying for this contract for months now without a phone im paying for.
