still waiting for my order with no update

I ordered a samsung Tablet on the 20th of March from Groupon , it was to to be delivered within 14 days , till today I am still waiting for it . I called groupon and they said they will contact supplier (samsung) and get back to me I am still waiting no response what so ever, because I have paid them so they do not care about me now . this is bad as this was a birthday gift for my daughter. <br> till now I have not been contacted by the supplier or groupon
