STILL WAITING FOR FREE TABLET WHEN YOU TAKE A CONTRACT FOR S21FE
Took a contract for a S21 FE advertised with a free Samsung tablet. I registered and followed all procedures to obtain the tablet and was sent an email to confirm my reward with a reference number . Received confirmation on the 21st of February. I have call the promotion center numerous time and was promised I would receive my tablet in 4 to 5 days then 7 to 10 business days due to high demand ,now it been the 14th business day still nothing...SAMSUNG I WANT ANSWERS AND MY TABLET AS THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I TOOK THIS DEVICE ....

Its been a month since getting confirmation of delivery, how long does it take to get it resolved??? Like I said I only took the contract because of the free gift (Tablet ) meant for work purposes
