STILL WAITING FOR BUY & GET AIRTICKETS
After many emails and complaints, Samsung finally agreed to the 4 air tickets which was part of the original Buy & Get agreement. However after submitting the forms requesting the air tickets and sending several emails to Craig Leite, we still don't have our air tickets. Craig Leite is Samsung's agent and therefore Samsung is still responsible. Please do something Samsung!
