I Upgraded to A35 Samsung with free ear pods and watch, Samsung confirmed claim in December and when following up in Jan was send a mail stating a delay. my upgrade was based on the promotional gifts which made it worth while now 2 months later I still have no gifts and no response from Samsung this is ridiculous to advertise a product you can't provide the service for, this is beyond bad as mails just go unanswered and the items is owed as it is part of a purchase, when will the items be delivered , give a answer

27 Feb 2025, 15:51Good day , today I received the Galaxy buds FE and no fit 3 Watch, kindly advise why after months and phone calls and waiting you deliver only half of the promotion , THE PROMOTION IS FOR SAMSUNG BUDS + FIT 3 WATCH, where is the watch. If you advised before hand you will short supply is one thing but to wait and then receive half of the promotion is ridiculous. Correct this cause you are short on what was promoted
