Still the worst product and service. *********** people. Dont buy a Samsung

So we are back at square 1 with our samsung washing machine. After logging 3 repairs with samsung, they sent out technicians, who came to repair the machine on 3 different occasions. With the same problem everytime. After logging the 4th repair, the same repair company and samsung, samsung requested the technician to pick up the machine and repair it off-site. After roughly two weeks, we received our machine last tuesday, and the problem is still there. The machine is leveled and does not move when washing, but it sounds like someone is banging the machine with a hammer. Samsung refuses to replace the machine because of its 6 months policy, even though the machine is still under its two year warranty. I would recommend nobody to buy any Samsung product unless its a cellphone. When the technician came to pick up my machine, his van was full of Samsung products thats needs to be repaired.
