Still not fixed properly

So my last review was on the 29th September regarding my TV which wasn't repaired properly by LIPTRONICS(SAMSUNG ACCREDITED REPAIRER-AS PER SAMSUNG) Well my TV was collected on the 3rd October and 3 weeks (supposed to be 3 working days) later after numerous calls my TV gets delivered. Dropped on my bed because I wasn't home (I worked till 11pm) only my kid. So now the 58" TV is on my bed and my wife has to wait for me to get home after 11pm before she can go to bed. She obviously doesn't want to move it, afraid it may damage. I told my daughter to ask them atleast put the stands in and put it upright so that it doesn't damage. They just dropped it and said they can't. This is LIPTRONICS. We'll guess what, when I get home, set up the TV and to my surprise or really not, the TV has a different shadow now in the center of the TV. This is the worst company but Samsung approves of them. I don't even want to contact this people again knowing I'm going to get the run around again or just pick up my TV and bring it back not fixed 100%

I don't care if the shadow is small, it's not supposed to be there. I didn't pay half money for the TV to get a half repair everytime.

I don't want another repair anymore, I don't even want a replacement anymore. I will just not ever buy Samsung again. I wish I could post the pics so the public can see for themselves what I mean.
