STILL NO SOLUTION

STILL NO RESOLUTION!

Refer to text from 27 January: I purchased a Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G in December 2022. In 2023 I thought that my device had been ****** and thus I locked it and it gave me a quick code to unlock it......unfortunately I couldn't memorize at the time as I was dealing with my car breaking down on my way to work where I thought I had left the tablet.

I did indeed find my tablet but of course I could not access it at ALL. I took the device to the Samsung customer Care centre in Rivonia where I was immediately charged R500 AND produce proof of purchase in order for it to even be looked at.

I waited many months whilst corresponding with their service team. Finally I got an sms stating my device was repaired and ready for collection (in 2024). When I went there the device had not been looked at nor repaired. The team informed me that I would need to purchase a new motherboard at a cost of R6800......why then send me an sms stating it has been repaired?????

The device was still under its 2 year warrantee but even those at Samsung head office declined to assist.

So now I have a dead R12 000 tablet that I cannot do anything with. How can this be resolved??????
