Still no proper response from samsung!!!
I have now lost faith in samsung head office complaints department!! It's now been over a month and I still don't have a cell replacement and nobody can tell me where my cell is! Tired of empty promises from samsung! Message to the public if you need a new cell Stay away from samsung!!!Samsung take note I am not going away until I get the replacement!! Samsung you had a chance to restore my faith in the brand but you samsung choose not to!!
