Still no phone
I wrote a review 2 weeks ago and got a call from Thandiwe REF *** with a resolution that I accepted. My replacement phone would have been delivered to MTN Somerset Mall "early last week". Till today it has not reached them. The store knows nothing and no one at Samsung can give me updates. I don't know how to get into contact with Thandiwe again

04 Apr 2022, 09:53Received a call last week Tuesday, REF*** and was assured the phone will be delivered to MTN Somerset Mall no later than last week Thursday. It is now Monday and still no phone even after someone from you "research team" phoned me last week Friday and said she will find out what is going on.
