Still no feedback on promo items submitted.
I submitted my promo claim for my Samsung fit watch and Buds FE on the 1st of November when I got my new Samsung A55 phone, I got a confirmation that the submission was successful on the 4th, but to date I have not received any further confirmation of progress. no one responds to the emails sent and no one picks up the phone when calling Samsung promo number.
