Still haven't received my promotional gift
On 15-02-2022 I purchased a S21 FE which was supposed to include a Galaxy Tab A7 lite as part of the launch offer. I submitted the required details a few days later and was told my claim was successful, however 3 months later I have still not received the Tab. I've tried calling and emailing Samsung but have gotten no response.
