Still awaiting feedback

<p>My husband and I had purchased multiple Samsung products recently. We received a call on sunday morning (10/07/2016) from a lady Kirsty from world net to say that Samsung was sending us a courtesy cellphone. She confirmed with my husband that it was an S7 edge device. We were so thrilled and told our son that we are giving him the phone as he always wanted the s7 edge. I purchased a samsung premium original cover and accessories for the phone the very same day. To our disappointment the handset was a note 5 and not althea s7 edge as promised. My husband contacted Kirsty to inform her and she advised that someone from Samsung will contact us but several days later nobody has gotten back to us. We have not opened the note 5 unit. Awaiting patiently for Samsung to contact us.</p>
