Still awaiting delivery of Samsung Galaxy S6 Tablet that was part of S23 Ultra launch deal
Good day
I bought a new Samsung S23 Ultra on 21/2/2023 via a new Vocadom contract.
The deal included a memory upgrade on my phone to 512GB as well as a Samsung S6 Galaxy tablet from Samsung South Africa.
My phone's memory has been upgraded but I'm still awaiting the delivery of my S6 Galaxy tablet.
I've followed the online procedure to claim the Samsung S6 Galaxy tablet from Samsung South Africa and sent three e-mails in this regard.
I've also phoned the support number, but the call was not attended to.

Thank you also to Samsung South Africa for eventually sending the tablet, two and a half months after I've renewed my Vodacom contract.
