Still awaiting assistance from Samsung

Samsung South Africa<br> <br> On Tuesday, 06th October I wrote to Samsung regarding my S4, and on the same day I received a response stating that Samsung will be in contact with me regarding the issues of my phone. According to the email received from Hello Peter it was said that I will receive feedback from Samsung in 54 hours. To date I have not received any assistance regarding my phone, worst of all its starting to have black outs now. You will be using it and it goes black on you then back to the home screen, this is very frustrating. <br> <br> Samsung please assist! <br> <br>
