Stay away from Samsung appliances!!!

Has to be the worst brand when it comes to appliances. Bought a microwave and three months later it won't heat up. Back to Makro where they refused to exchange it saying it must go for repairs and off it went. Three months later it does the same thing. I get told it can't be replaced unless it breaks down four times.... Seriously!? Take it to the Samsung repair Centre in Ferndale myself and get empty promises it will be replaced only to have them say it can only be repaired again after a week of waiting. Another week or two and it is back yet still not heating properly!!! And that is only the tip of the iceberg in a long line of complains about them but did a separate Google review there! An absolute joke. I tried calling and speaking to various people etc etc and absolutely no help at all. Meanwhile I have a new born and need to sterilize bottles and have to keep sitting with no microwave. Now I must take it back for a third time and sit without a microwave when it is not even a year old!!! Discussing this with others I hear the washing machines are also rebound for breaking down about two years old. Will never purchase another Samsung appliance again!
