Stay away from Samsung

Please if you know what is good for you stay away from Samsung, they lie, cheat and cause you to incur various extra costs due to their incompetence then blame it on you. I have over 50 emails to prove this fact. They blatantly ignore the popi act and access your personal info then tell you it's due resetting the device. Never has that occurred and I have been through 4 of their devices in 6 months. SSS cellular tells you your phone is faulty telephonically and tells you to work around it if it irritates you then sends emails stating there is nothing wrong with the device, you have a senoir technical manager that checks to see if the box is resealed and tells you that's what he is looking for, scary much conveniently SSS cellulars system crashes so you can't obtain call recordings, Samsung refuses to do so as well. This is just the short of it. Oh and don't even complain their voc department is just as ***********.
