Stay away from Samsung

I moved into my own place two years ago and bought Samsung products . Washing machine, microwave and Television. On the Television I added an extended warentee as it was very expensive. Two years later and none of the products function anymore. I have endless trouble with Samsung to get technicians to my place and with the washing machine they said i overloaded the machine and thats why it failed. The Microwave they repaired after I waited 21 working days and now I have waited 17 working days for a Samsung technician to come to my home to inspect the Television. House and Home can not help me and Samsung has zero after sales service. Is this the fate of the electronic business? Do products only last 2 years now? And do we look for reasons to void warentee claims? Samsung and House and Home will not have my support any longer. I went and bought a Defy washing machine from game and Il have to hope a Samsung technician comes for the Television.
