My phone, a Samsung Note 3, had a broken screen and all I did was call and you did the rest, from collecting my broken phone, to doing a SMARTSWAP, fixing the phone and sending it back, you were just awesome and I enjoyed the experience. <br> <br> It might look as if you did what you were supposed to do but to me and a lot of happy customers, YOU WENT AN EXTRA MILE and I say BIG UPS to you.
