Spineless Samsung South Africa's word has no substance

<p>I bought a Samsung TV(not for TV use but as display) in October 2016 with multi-link four capability as per Samsung website at the time (specific info have been removed since). Before I bought the TV Samsung technical department confirmed telephonically that the specific TV model I want to purchase does support multi-link four display (4 inputs displayed at once, one per 1080p quadrant on the 2160p panel). When I received the TV it appeared that it does not have the feature. I contacted Samsung technical department a few times and they messed me around for months like it was going out of fashion. It turns out the TV does not have Multi-link four I purchased it for. Samsung ref: ********** 758. Samsung listened to the recoreded calls and confirmed they misinformed me. Going up the technical centre ranks did not achieve anything.</p> <p>Now about 5 months later the wool is off my eyes. I used to exclusively buy Samsung devices due to the world class image they promote. The number of Samsung devices used in my home and at the office is rapidly declining - the aim is to have zero Samsung appliances and devices. Thank goodness competitors exist!</p>
