Speechless...

My brandnew Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (got it December) starting giving problems 2 weeks ago. If I try to make a call, the call just ends. I can not phone anybody. I went to vodacom first, as I have a contract with them. After spending 2 hours in the vodacom shop in The Grove, Pretoria, they send me to samsung store. Saying the the problem is with the device. At the Samsung store nobody checked my phone or did a diagnostic. My phone was taken in, no loan phone provided. I was left without my phone for 6 days. When I go back to the store to pick up my phone, the phone still has the same problem. I was speechless when I found out, the replaced the lcd, the pba, the battery. None of these gave problems? My liquid screen protector was gone. The manager kept on saying they replaced the screen because it was faulty. It is a lie. What do they do with these parts??? Furthermore my contacts, apps, photos was all gone from my phone. They were able to load it back, but how can you give a phone back to a client like that. After them checking the phone again, as I still could not make calls, I was reffered back to Vodacom!!!! Vodacom did a sim swop today, and guess what??? My phone is still having the same problem. Please help!!!!!!!!
