SOUR PROMOTIONS

So lets talk about poor promotions. Last year my husband took out a new cell phone contract and opted for the Samsung Galaxy Note 20. with this he was offered a new Samsung 32" Tv - providing we had a valid TV licence which we had.... said licence is in my name (we are married COP). Months later when nothing arrived we contacted Samsung promotoions dept where they tell us because the TV licence is n my name (not my husbands - he doesn't qualify ... to rectify, they ask my husband to please go and get a TV licence in his name,,, what a joke !! - we are married (COP remember ..) and live in the same household but for the sake of a poorly run promotion - we must take out a 2nd tv licence,. Already we don't believe in having the one we do pay for, now, I must prop up SABC coffers and get another for the same household - this is an absolute sham!! - needless to say after this has gone on for a year - and despite us explaining this to a number of the Samsung promotion staff members - this has not been resolved - and now they don't even respond to email communications ...
