Sorry but we cannot do anything about it
On 1 March 2016 my Samsung S5 did an update. My Contact did not load and it went into a cycle which just said \updating contacts\" for more than 12 hours. I phoned Samsung and the first consultant advised me I will have to wipe my phone. I said I don't accept this and asked to speak to someone else. I was transferred to a lady called Carol. She advised me to download a program called Tutor which allow Samsung to remotely access my phone. I used my data and did this. She took over my phone and did some things to it. I got SOME of my contacts back but this was very old data. The problem I had now was that almost all my contacts was duplicated and some even appeared as much as 8 times on my phone. Not happy with this I asked to be transferred to a supervisor - this brought me to Tabo. He kindly told me that they can do nothing about it and that the update is not due to them! it is apparently a common problem. Not satisfied I asked to speak to a more senior person. No help. Eventually I had to hand over my phone remotely to them again and they downloaded ANOTHER program on my data to delete my duplicated contacts - after I told them NOT to use my data! Issue still "
