Somebody's pics on my phone!

Last week, my phone fell and cracked. Took it to Samsung Repair Center in Nandi Drive, Durban. Left it there on Friday, was told it would be ready on Saturday. I went in on Saturday, I called before hand and was told it's ready for collection. They close at 13:00. I was there and waiting from 12:30. At 13:00, the lady assisting me assured me that the technician will bring me my phone in 10 mins. She then packed up her stuff and left. At 13:30, I was told that the phone was not ready. After a lot of arguing, I was told that they would have to wipe out my phone if I wanted it then. I said that I need my pictures and stuff, I don't want it to be wiped clean, and that I'd come on Monday. On Monday, I went in to Samsung, I waited 45 minutes, then my phone was given to me, it was wiped clean!! They said that they couldn't back it up, for whatever reason. Two days ago, I go through my pics, which was the ONLY thing that was backed up, however there's a folder of 700+ of another lady and her kids And family... I'm concerned, does somebody else out there have my pics?? Absolutely disgusted at this service.
