So-called FREE cell phone

Samsung were offering a free S6 edge with the purchase of a TV. Great. Weeks later and still no delivery. I have been in America for almost a month and it's still not arrived. Three days before I departed for my holiday, a representative from Samsung called me to confirm that all was in order. I explained that I was going away and she said no problem. She even said she'd call me to confirm delivery upon my return. I've been back almost a week and no calls or sms's have been forthcoming. Was this a hoax? I don't think this is good service and I'd like to now be contacted. Pity one needs to take to Social Media to complain these days!!!
