Smart phone repaired but keeping phone ransom

<p> <br />Kamil Hendricks ·Noorder Paarl High School<br />Hi on 15 March 2017 I took my Samsung S7 Edge for it screen replacement , The lady in the shop did advise me that it will take atleast 2 days . Which I agreed upon. I gave them a call on Thursday which I was told phone is fixed but the waiting oon ADH for approval. I can get my phone the next day Friday . Friday morning I came there they told me my phone is fixed and but the cannot release the phone because the system does not allow them too. My phone is fixed the system dont want to release the phone. REALLY know it is my phone its been their for a week. This is unexeptable they do not pick up there phone trying whole morning to try and contact them so that i dont drive my fuel out to see if they are done. I have Samsung for years and this is type of service I get</p>
