Sloppy refund services

I bought a charger from the Samsung store but decided to send it back and receive a refund instead. It wasn't until I emailed them asking about the refund that anything started happening. I was told it would reflect in my account in 3-5 business days but it's been over a week since then. There was a long weekend in between the Monday I was told I'd receive my receive my refund and today (Tuesday the following week). I just want my money back as soon as possible.
