Sinomso is a Service Champion
Sinomso, An agent that helped me today online made me feel like Samsung is the place to be. I was mad today because I couldn't understand how a Smart TV could not allow me to watch DSTV and yet it has a Samsung Browser. She, upon commencing the chat immediately humbled me with her customer service ethics. She was patient, understanding, considerate and compassionate in resolving my case and even gave me options on how to make sure I find the right TV next time...
