My new Samsung Dual SIM malfunctioned after a software upgrade that I did online, so I took it to Samsung to sort out. Every single step was explained to me carefully, and Jay Jay was friendly and helpful while he went through the process of sorting my phone out for me. Thank you Jay Jay and Samsung for providing such super service.
