I had the privilege of calling Samsung SA and getting through to Simon Magakwa.

Not only was he friendly and professional, but his product knowledge and passion for the brand was out of this world. He converted a current Apple user to purchase 2x Samsung S9+ Tabs and this was all down to his service. He walked me through everything, gave me the best pricing and when he promised to call back at a certain time, he was dead on time. This type of service is not the norm but i want Samsung and Simon to know that i appreciate everything he has done to help.
