Sim Card Tray: Samsung sucks!
I am so dissapointed in Samsung South Africa I bought a Samsung Galaxy S8. I ordered this online through my service provider and then when the phone was delivered I took it into a shop to have them put the sim card in. Now my phone is not even 6 months old, I went vacationing in Thailand and when there I purchased a memory card to insert into my phone because my on board memory was just not enough. So I then proceeded to take out the sim and memory card slot and it's broken. So I contact Samsung and they then advise that I take the phone, my SAMSUNG phone into one of their stores, get to the store in Canal Walk Cape Town, and without even looking at the phone they proceed to advise me to go to my service provider. Take the phone there, they not only need to book in my phone, but they now want to charge me for a sim card tray? Firstly, I did not open the sim card tray and break it so why should I pay? secondly why would Samsung not then help me, the brand is there's is it not? Thirdly why on earth would I break it myself, it was like that the very first time I opened the sim tray myself, which it means it must have been broken when I got it. My phone is constantly in a cover so why would I do this? This phone is not even that old! I am so so so angry with Samsung and so disapointed for being given the run around by Samsung!!!!!
