SILENCE FROM SAMSUNG!!!!!!!!!
My washing machine was picked up on 4 February, late afternoon. I've given them 2 days to repair/check. BUT, I've heard NOTHING from them. It is 9 February, in the morning now and there is NOTHING, no call, no mail, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've complained here on the 4th as well - HOW PATHETIC IS THERE SERVICE!!!!!!
