Sick of Samsung

This is the 3rd time I am placing a complaint regarding my dishwasher, and still waiting to get serious attention to it.<br> Samsung genetraits and auto reply to all these complaints then after a week or so, someone may phone you. <br> Received a call Friday on my second complaint, and was told that we would get a call from someone to come check the dishwasher again.<br> Still waiting for the call and it is now 3 weeks no dishwasher. Sick of this now as this is almost 2 years, two dishwashers and bad service. <br> Please do not bother sending anyone rather come take this Samsung away, and get Makro to give me another dishwasher ....but not a Samsung !!!!
