Show max Voucher

<p>I boughta new 48 inch LED Smart Television from Makro store at Carnival, Inside was a 3 month voucher for Show Max, when I tried to load the voucher it stated that it has expired, I contacted Samsung on 0 ********** and asked if they could assist me with renewing the voucher, I spoke to Ntabi Radebe and she just said no Samsung could do nothing, I asked her to maybe transfer me to a, manager but she insisted that she is the right person to speak to and that it would not help for me to speak to a manager because the promotion expired, I asked her twice to maybe assist me with trying to renew the voucher but with no success, They just gave me a reference number: ********** 444 and said they could not assist at all. I feel that when you purchase something with a voucher inside, they must honour this, because I paid for something that I haven't received.</p>
