Should i even bother?
I bought my handset in March, last week it stopped fully charging. I called the repair centre to take it in, because I use it for work I requested a loan phone. They told me they would call me as soon as one comes in. NOTHING. Yesterday I spoke to Leshie who once again took my details down and promised to call back as soon as a phone was available.

Today this phone decided it will remain on 2% charged and nothing more, called in again, after being transferred numerous times to a manager who was not available, and 4 callbacks made, I eventually got hold of the manager. he assured me that they can fix while I wait if I don't mind as they didn't have any loan phones. So I went there, I found out that is not the policy, I will have to book the phone in. I also found out that they had a loan phone given out this morning. I spoke to Deon he also promised to call when there is one available. I will not hold my breath!

All I can say is I am very disappointed with the service received. That would teach to have a back up. I didn't think I would need one so soon after upgrading. I don't think I will ever go Samsung again sorry. The service was pathetic!
