Short-changing consumers on Service for high-end Samsung Products

<p>Why is the Samsung Food Showcase fridge model number RH57H8231SA FS not under the Signature Series range? Why are two models that have been confirmed as discontinued by your call centre agent (Nkosi) still under this series, and what I understand as the only series available on the floors of 4 retailers that I have visited (including a Samsung store) NOT under this series as your 2017/new models haven't been released as yet (again according to Nkosi). What is your inclusion/exclusion criteria for high-end Samsung Products (specifically fridges) because it certainly cannot be price, availabilty or currency of the product?</p>
