Shocking good service from Samsung service centre

I went to Samsung service centre in Constantia Kloof.<br> When I stopped I was ready to be irritated by a long wait and rude staff.<br> <br> The service I receive actually shocked me in a good way.<br> From the moment I entered to the moment I left it was nothing short of unbelievable.<br> <br> First MJ(Friendly and Happy)at the door was friendly and helpful.<br> I booked an appointment to change my cell phone screen and then went next door to book in a PC Monitor.<br> While Gerry (Friendly and Happy) was booking it in MJ came and asked me for my phone as I was next in line, Gerry then said I must not worry as he will bring me the proof.<br> Ameer (Friendly and Happy) was unbelievable and helpful. I was even offered tea, coffee or water......I know you thinking I am lying.....<br> My phone was sorted out in a jiffy with no complications.<br> <br> I asked to see the manager (sorry I forgot his name) he was amazingly friendly and is obviously doing something right.<br> <br> The usual experience you have now days:<br> How do you dare wasting my time......<br> <br> My experience at Samsung service centre Constantia Kloof:<br> Amazing.
