Shocked - 2weeks later still no phone

On the 21/08/2015 I went to Samsung Head office in Bryanston to book my phone in as the battery life was <br> non-existence 3 months after purchasing the phone(Model S6 Edge). When I took it out of the cover noticed that the back was swollen. Was told that the battery needed to be replaced. As there was a small crack at the bottom of my screen they asked if I would like the screen replaced which I agreed. But I did notify the lady that took my phone that I use my phone for work they must notify me as soon as the phone is fixed.26/08/2015 I phoned Christene to ask feedback about my phone. She told me they having issues with they supplier she cant tell me an ETA. She advised me that SAMSUNG doesn't do half repairs. On the 27/08/2015 I spoke to a women named Ashley, to cut the story short she basically said there's nothing she could do, the situation is out of their hands they don't know when they'll receive stock. I asked if they could supply me with a replacement phone, she said Samsung doesn't supply that. To date still don't have my phone. No-one can tell me when the ETA will be. I've been transferred from one person to the next. If they cant fix my phone, they must replace my phone
