SERVICING OF AIR CONDITIONING UNIT

I have a Samsung air conditioner in my home which needs a service. I phoned Hirsch to find out about servicing and was not happy with the price quoted so phoned Samsung direct. I was horrified that they referred me back to Hirsch. When I advised them I did not want to deal with Hirsch and could they recommend another servicing company, they said that they only gave out Hirsch's number.<br> <br> Why do Samsung even bother to put their own number on their website - they might as well just put Hirsch's number on and that way, I would have been saved the cost of a call.<br> <br> Really??? In this day where \treating customers fairly\" is on everyone's minds, how is this fair? There are a number of other air conditioning companies and yet Hirsch are the only ones recommended by Samsung?"
