Service Technician Rude

Your service technicians (the non-South Africans) are very very rude! Alex from *** has NO manners. Who do I complain to? He was attempting to make arrangements to attend to my television, but didn't like it when I queried how they handle customers who work 8-5. 14:30 was his time and when I asked if we could make it 15:00, it became a problem.
