********** service Faulty washing machine
Terrible service from Samsung regarding my faulty washing machine which is only a year old! Logged a complaint 7 days ago and I have yet to see a technician. They say they called me but got no answer so they cancelled the call out! In this day and age and dealing with customers who actually work, Samsung relies on PHONE calls only to communicate. Never buying a Samsung product again!
