Service failure

Followed all the neccessary steps on the UV sterilizer that was a promo gift. Said they will get back to me in 72 hours, been calling ever since to follow up, keep on promising they will call me back. No callback is ever made and here I am being inconvenienced as I have to call back daily just to hear someone will call me back which never happens...
