Service excellence

<p>Sadly it took a lot of complaints for the message to reach the right people, I was at wits end and on the verge of abandoning the brand, but I must say; With people like Shaun from headoffice and Rudolf from the service centre on your team it restores faith that there may still be some folk that actually care about service in this country.
