service Above expectation

Samsung S4 screen cracked and wasn't aware of free screen repair. Took it to Samsung shop and enquired whereupon Charmaine checked the phone and advised me that she only need my proof of purchase in order to repair. Got it downstairs from Altech autopage and she booked the handset in and told me to come over an hour. <br> This already exceeded my expectation as I though it would take days to be repaired and not free. <br> I went for a coffee and after an hour went back to pick it up.<br> Upon arrival the handset was already done. <br> Charmaine had a great attitude and gave friendly and solid advice. She even served me in my home language Afrikaans which I didn't expect from her :-)<br> As a token of gratitude I decided to buy a proper fall proof cover from the store.<br> Thank you Charmaine/Samsung!<br>
