Senior mgt dont care about customers
I left message for team lead call centre mgr to contact me yesterday morning as yet no call received. Is this the service from senior management not to return call. Samsung does not care about their customers expect us to purchase their product and then no customer care. Do not get the proper assistance from the agents. Could someone have the courtesy from management to call me.
