Seems we now pay for Samsung's mistakes!
I received my new Samsung S5 earlier this year. After having it for a month, my screen broke. I called the ADH call centre. Fantastic service was received and my phone was collected from my office and sent for repairs. I even got a loan phone whilst this was happening. Received my phone back in a week with a fixed screen.

About 2/3 months ago - I started noticing dust building up in my front facing camera but ignored it at the time. At this moment, I can not use it at all with all the dirt trapped inside of it. I went into the Tygervalley Samsung store this morning, and the guy advised that it seems that the screen wasn't sealed properly the last time it was repaired thus the reason for the build up. I was told the same at Century City and was then told that I must either 1) Pay for the repair or 2) Use my remaining screen repair for it before they will fix it for me.

Please explain to me how a mistake made by the people who fixed my phone has now become my problem financially? Because there is no way I am spending a cent on this as it was not my mistake! #seriously
