Seemingly false promotions

Samsung has a "promotion" running where they give a R2000 voucher when you buy one of their phones. When I enquired on when the voucher will be loaded onto my account they send this reply which according to me cannot be a valid reason why it couldn't have been done in more than a week. And why must it now first be "validated". It is a valid reference number I got from samsung themselves? You should stop this promotion till your house is in order, because to me it begins to feel like false advertising and misleading. Their reply: "Good Day Marius, Thank you for contacting Samsung Promotions. Kindly note we are currently experiencing some technical issues in regards to this promotion. As soon as everything is up and running your claim will be validated and you will receive feedback via email. Unfortunately, we are unsure as to when it will be resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Thozama Samsung Promotions Team"
