SECOND SAMSUNG S6 EDGE PROBLEM

I have a samsung galaxy s6 edge that dows not want to come on. This is the second samsung s6 edge that i have owned and the exact thing happened to the previous one. It is unacceptable that i would have to through this with both samsung phones and both being the galaxy s6 edge. I have taken the first one to the repair centre and they estimated a repair cost of +- R7000 which is more than what the actual device costs. Is this the quality of the new samsung products, providing more features whilst forgetting about the quality of the device. I cannot afford to get another device as this is the second phone of mine that this has happened to and i have no means of contact. I use my phone for work purposes and cannot even do that now.

I have got a call today from an agent who advised me that samsung will not do anything about this. The response I got from her was "take it to the repair centre to get is assessed. You will be liable for the cost and the repair of the devices." Pathetic service from samsung. I have all my phones and appliances being samsung and I am absolutely disappointed with the response I have received from them. If it were A once off matter,I would accept it,but the fact that both of the devices has the exact problem shows a different quality of this product. The agent also advised that it could be a simple problem which can be cost effective to repair, but upon my visit to the repair centre,I was advised that only 2 issues can cause this, the mother board failing and/or the battery packed up. I have this device for under 3 years of which I only used this device for +- 3 months. Pathetic response from samsung and I wish I had never taken samsung devices. Whilst I was at the repair centre, the person next to me had brought his device in for the exact same problem. This is not a once of situation and its disappointing how Samsung handles a matter such as these.
