Screen replacement

<p>good day i have several conversations with samsung ADH Premium about replacing my cracked screen i have a note 5 its only six months old and we discussed they will send me a loan phone while repairing my screen . samsung hold me onthe line for appox 12 minutes and reply it is arranged and the courier will be at my house with in 20 min .</p> <p>as i rushed to my house the courier were there but no loan phone were send with or arranged . i did call them back and send them a e mail asking what is going on . the operator on the line said he will request an loan phone and give me a call back until now it is already 4 days ago no one bother to reply and every time when i rep**** with a email i get another ticket number and they will reply within 24 hours please for such a big business it is pathetic . regards Mr Faure </p>
